Harvesting time/ availability
We buy the spices when they are ready to ship after harvesting and drying. And then in the quantities that our suppliers can provide. Since these are not large companies with extensive warehousing, the quantities are also limited here.
Availability / Harvest time
We deliver until the stock is used up. New goods will then only be available again for the next harvest season. This is what the stocks look like right now:
